Take to the skies in a helicopter with your instructor putting the chopper through its paces - before handing control of this amazing flying machine to you!

Ever fancied flying a helicopter?

Well, this is your chance to experience a pure adrenaline rush as your instructor shows you the manoeuvrability of a modern helicopter. Sideways, backwards, round in circles and then the tricky test of concentration and skill - the hover.

Then it's your turn to take the controls, climb away, take a look at the countryside below, and then come back down to earth for low-level flying (and we mean low!). And then the big test.

Can you can handle the hover?!

You'll get an introductory briefing on arrival and then you will take to the skies with your instructor who will show you how to control the helicopter. Then you will have the chance to take the controls for the majority of the flight, giving you a fantastic insight into what flying a helicopter is all about.

A certificate of achievement, signed by your instructor, will be presented to you on your return to terra firma. And it's a certificate you'll take home along with incredible memories.

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to book a day for your experience with the supplier. Minimum age for this experience is 14. Maximum weight is generally 17 stone, but varies with location. Maximum pilot height is 6' 6" (1.98m).
