Sailing Experience For Two Onboard A Round The World Yacht!

Learn to sail aboard Whitbread 60 Blueprint, a round the world race yacht.

Experience the thrill of sailing a 64ft Ocean Race Yacht. This is your opportunity to get a taste of life aboard Whitbread 60, Blueprint and sample all aspects of sailing the boat, from helming the pedigree 64ft yacht to trimming the giant mainsail. Should you prefer there is plenty of space to just sit back, relax and enjoy being out on the water.

Meet the crew at 10am in the marina for a cup of tea or coffee and safety briefing about the boat. Then you will step aboard and head up Southampton Water into the open area of the Solent. As this experience takes place on weekdays there is a little more space to sail the yacht, cruising up towards Lymington or Portsmouth. Lunch is provided onboard. You will return to the marina at about 3:30pm.

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. You are then free to book a day for your experience. This voucher is valid for two people. This voucher is valid for midweek trips only. Participants must be 18 or over. The skipper reserves the right to curtail the experience on safety grounds if the weather becomes severe. Not suitable for those suffering from sea sickness.
