Go wing walking!

Wing walking dates back to the 1920s in the USA when it was a popular form of entertainment during the heyday of barnstorming. It's not so popular today and opportunities to wing walk are few and far between, but if it's something you have always wanted to do, we might have the answer.

Have you ever been wingwalking? If so we would love to hear all about your experiences (perhaps with a photo or two). You can contact us via our contact page.

Fly Like A Bird While Wing WalkingTeam Guinot are the world’s only formation wing walking team and are seen live by over five million spectators each year.

The team of wingwalkers perform on the wings of Boeing Stearman biplanes throughout the summer months, experiencing forces of over 4G and travelling at speeds of up to 150mph as the aircraft loop through the skies.

And the good news is Team Guinot are always looking for wing walkers! If you are interested in wingwalking you can apply for more information at their Aerosuperbatics website.

Unfortunately, due to aviation law it is not possible to take part in wing walking to raise money for charity. This is a strict law set by the Civil Aviation Authority who deem wingwalking a display act and not a sport. Therefore it can not be used as a means of raising money for charity. Due to this aviation law Team Guinot are unable to help with charity requests.
