Riding a horse along a beach is as romantic as it is exhilarating. And the good news is some of the best beach rides you’ll find are right here in Old Blighty.

Head north to the beautiful Isle Of Skye and to Armadale Farm in Mallaig. Here you’ll find the home of West Highland Heavy Horses and where you’ll have the opportunity to ride either a Clydesdale or a Shire horse along the beach at Armadale Bay.
